PIA's Internship Program Golf Outing Fundraiser is the signature event dedicated to the growth of the Foundation for the Advancement of Insurance Professionals, who in turn supports PIA's Internship Program.

Last year's golf outing raised $32,000 to support the future of the independent agency system.

PIA's 2011 Golf Outing Fundraiser Surpasses Last Year's Efforts
 
PIA has raised more than $100,000 to benefit the Foundation for the Advancement of Insurance Professionals over the past three years.

The success of the golf outing signifies the industry's strong support of the Internship Program's goal of attracting young professionals to the independent insurance system and promoting it as a desirable career choice.
