Position Overview: OIA is seeking a Data Analyst to drive the vision for data capture, analysis and reporting to support and inform the business decisions OIA makes to promote, protect and progress independent agents and keep them competitive in the modern insurance marketplace. This position will provide support in all phases of analytical life cycles supporting the business unit.

The Data Analyst assists in analyzing trends and patterns in structured and unstructured data in support of business problem solving. He/she will identify and communicate meaningful insights and provide input to the project teams and business stakeholders. We’re looking for someone committed to learning, professional development, skill maintenance and personal growth.

OIA Mission: Ohio Insurance Agents (OIA) is committed to being a market differentiator for Ohio’s independent insurance agents. We are the voice of 1,400 independent agencies and their clients. We represent independent insurance agencies of every size, from small, family-owned businesses to large agencies with multiple locations.
