PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
OIA is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead our organization’s new products and services development efforts. This position will engage with agents, company partners, other state affiliates and potential partners to research, develop and implement new product and services to make independent agents more successful in the modern insurance marketplace.

The Product Development Manager will explore partnership opportunities that will position OIA as a market differentiator and leverage our trusted relationship with members to bring them meaningful solutions that solve their unique challenges in the insurance marketplace.

Salary: Competitive compensation package based on experience.

DATA ANALYST
Position Overview: OIA is seeking a Data Analyst to drive the vision for data capture, analysis and reporting to support and inform the business decisions OIA makes to promote, protect and progress independent agents and keep them competitive in the modern insurance marketplace. This position will provide support in all phases of analytical life cycles supporting the business unit.

The Data Analyst assists in analyzing trends and patterns in structured and unstructured data in support of business problem solving. He/she will identify and communicate meaningful insights and provide input to the project teams and business stakeholders. We’re looking for someone committed to learning, professional development, skill maintenance and personal growth.
